Gather Together ✔ Casa del Tesoro is designed for families, couples, and friends to relax and spend quality time together. ✔ To respect our wonderful neighbors and comply with city laws, parties and large gatherings are not permitted. If you'd like to have a few local family members or friends visit during your stay, just let us know in advance. We're happy to work with you on reasonable gatherings. Parking ✔ The garage and driveway accommodate 2 vehicles. ✔ Additional parking must be approved before booking. Safety & Privacy ✔ Four exterior security cameras monitor the front entry, driveway, street, and backyard for guest safety and insurance purposes. ✔ There are never any cameras inside the home. Heated Pool & Hot Tub ✔ The heated pool and hot tub are professionally maintained and ready for your arrival. ✔ The pool is preset to 81–84°F for comfort; no adjustments are needed. ✔ During cooler months (November–April), outdoor temperatures may affect the pool's ability to maintain the set temperature. ✔ The hot tub is automatically maintained between 100–105°F and professionally serviced each week. ✔ Please supervise children at all times around the pool and hot tub. Swimming and hot tub use are at your own risk. Florida Living ✔ One of the joys of the Treasure Coast is the lush tropical setting. You may occasionally spot a friendly lizard or find a few leaves in the pool after a windy day. ✔ The home receives regular pest control and pool service, and a skimmer net is available if you'd like to freshen the pool between visits. Host Access ✔ In the unlikely event of an emergency or an issue affecting guest safety or the property, we may need to access the home. Whenever possible, we'll communicate with you first. The whole house is available to guests. There is one closet, in the primary bedroom (Tesoro Suite) that is locked and off-limits to guests, the rest of the property is for you to enjoy.

It is best to have a vehicle to get around while staying at this property. There are a number of parks/beaches nearby that are easily accessible by car. Feel free to enjoy a neighborhood stroll to see the sand cranes walking through the streets. While we are near the canals, DO NOT walk, fish, swim or access them at any time. This is Florida and alligators do swim in the canals.
