Doggy waste bags are conveniently provided to make this task easy and hygienic. ** c) Protecting the Furniture: We understand that your pups love to be comfortable, and we want them to feel at home too. To protect our couches from pet hair and dirt, we kindly request that you place the blue waterproof pet blankets provided on the couch before allowing your pets to hop up. This will help us keep our furniture in great condition for all our guests. ** d) Non-Refundable Pet Fee: Please be aware that there is a non-refundable pet fee per dog, per stay - much cheaper than boarding! Visits with Family/Friends: ** We do not allow parties/large gatherings. However, if you are coming to the area to visit with friends/family, please disclose and discuss with us before you book any wanted/planned gatherings with people who are not included in your original booking. We are not unreasonable, however, we as homeowners and insurance policyholders need to be responsible owners, hosts, and good neighbors. Driveway with Ample Parking: ** We offer a garage and driveway that fits up to 2 standard vehicles. If you are planning to bring more than 2 standard vehicles, please discuss this with us prior to booking. Security Features - For Your Safety: ** We have three cameras on the property, one at the front door, one facing the yard/street, and one facing the pool. These are required by our insurance company. There are no cameras in or facing inside the house. Your privacy is important to us. We want you to feel safe and relaxed while on vacation. Pool Pump and Heater: ** Please stay off and don't touch the pool pump and pool heater at the back of the house. These are maintained by professionals so leave it to them and you can focus on luxuriating in the pool. The pool is heated automatically and programmed to be within 81-84 degrees. No need to do anything, but enjoy! Open Skies Over the Pool - Experience the Zen of Leaf Netting: ** Since the pool is not screened in, there may be leaves that find their way into the water from time to time. The pool is professionally cleaned every Friday, but if it’s a windy day, you may want to use the net to scoop out a few leaves. This should only take a few minutes. Truthfully, it can be quite a zen experience scooping out those leaves. Florida Critters - Let's Keep Them Outside: ** We love Florida living and all that comes with it...even the wildlife. Guests should keep in mind that we share our environments with a variety of wildlife here including insects, reptiles, birds, and more. We do have regular pest control, but you may see some of these friends during your stay. Keeping doors and windows closed and keeping food stored and sealed properly are good ways to ensure that a little lizard or other friends won't come in ;) If the Host identifies anything that could affect the health, safety, or well-being of the unit or guests, they reserve the right to enter the unit.

Feel free to enjoy a neighborhood stroll to see the sand cranes walking through the streets. While we are near the canals, DO NOT walk, fish, swim or access them at any time. This is Florida and alligators do swim in the canals.
